Either Parish brewing or Abita. Parish has more critical acclaim and can make an IPA that actually tastes good and isn’t only a bottle of liquid hops. Abita has been around much longer from before microbreweries were the hot thing and probably has more popular support. Pic related is one of my favorite Abita offerings but now they have a bunch of gay New Orleans-y art on the bottle to attract hipsters instead of the old clean style they had before.
