I'd like to think that my sweat smells less awful than it did before, but I'm not sure if that's actually true. You're supposed to smell more attractive to the opposite sex too, but that's mostly pheromones and you won't be able to detect that consciously.
The most noticeable difference is the way your shit smells. It's not better per se, just very, very different. The smell also doesn't linger as much. You'll make up for that by being gassy as fuck though, especially if you eat a lot of raw stuff.
