a slice of metered Gouda cheese, followed by a "normal" slice of cheddar, followed by bacon

the metered cheese is very thin so it melts fast on the burger patty
the cheddar then melts faster because it's put on already fast melting cheese
then fried bacon on top with a light press down to further melt the cheddar from the top
if you don't want it to be too greasy then you can dry/de-fat the bacon with a paper towel before putting it on the patty and cheese
