Top lol, I clapped, gr8 b8 m8. Besides the fact that you were in a low tier restaurant as demonstrated by your $25 filet, that cut is a low tier entry level steak ordered by nubs. Everyone knows it only tastes good if it's wrapped in bacon and drenched in butter. It's perfect for cooking well done because it's tender no matter what (that's the only reason people order it).

As far as times of greatness, I can guarantee I've been here since before you, so suck my e-peen, control freak know-nothing tard.

Here have something they didn't have on the menu where you ate, because it was all freezer packed jaccard crap anyway.

Why don't you buy a sirloin or chuck steak and cut it up yourself?

Shrinking is a normal event when cooking. If it bothers you just eat it raw.
