I am not a big fan of sweets (probably only chocolate) and never bought from these types of stands, but I always thought of how are unhygienic they are. Dust, people occasionally touching, maybe children or disgusting people carelessly handling the sweets, old candy, etc.

I can understand clickbait lists like "Top 5 blah blah blah" since it is just a lazy but simple to read stuff. This "X is killing Y" and "And that is a good thing" is so sensationalistic I just lose any interest in reading them.
