See, that's where a sodastream machine makes sense to me. MaKing knockoff cola from cola syrup is ridiculous. MaKing your own ginger infusion/cordial from actual ginger and turNing it into ginger ale sounds delicious. I know you can make fizzy ginger ale by fermenting it, but a soda stream machine is quicker and more hygienic
