Watered down Body Armor (it's a drink) and hit the sauna for a few days. 2-3 day fast and then stick to a basic /fit/ diet. Rice, chicken, broccoli. Maybe throw in some mixed nuts and eggs depending on your caloric needs.
Also hit the treadmill, your cardiovascular system is hurting.
