I love going to my local Asian market. It's actualliy closer to my house than the nearest normal American market. I love it.

I want to buy fish, but I don't know hwo to cut it. The fish looks so fresh, but I'm afraid to buy it.

I recently made my very first miso soup this past weekend. It was a success.
