>one time I bought like 6 fat ribeyes for a bbq at a family party
>meticulously preheated the grill, waited for the temp to raise and get hot enough
>patted dry, salted and arranged ribeyes for grill
>arranged them on grill, set them down closed the lid and left them on a timer for 3 minutes
>go back after timer and spin them for classic grid sear marks
>close lid
>go grab a beer and talk with my cousin for a few moments
>come back to grill and my aunt has already cut them open and packed in the grill weenies, hamburger meat and some chicken legs
