I have no experience with deenz, but I love eel. Have any of you anons tried pic related? The brand makes several seemingly identical kinds of canned roast eel.

I bought this and put it over rice a few times. It scratches the back of my throat but I really like the taste. Does it taste anything like a grill?

god this from the jap store, poured it all over some sticky rice and stirred, going back after the hurricane to buy a bunch more.

What things do you pick up from your local asian grocer/oriental market?

I've got this thing. It's good over rice, but it's boring now. What would you do with it?

So, I bought a can of roasted eel. It was cheap, and I thought "what the hell, it's an eel sort of a day".

Turns out I don't actually know what to do with eel.

>Does it need to be cooked, or just warmed?
>Will it have bones?
>What's the flavor like?

I was thinking of sauteing it in a bit of butter and lemon, then putting it over rice.

This shit is pretty good.
