>Have fairly high paying job w/equity that is hybrid work from home. Very high stress, but could maybe find something more stable with a slight reduction in pay and no equity.

Is this realistic, or have any other anons opened a restaurant after a more corporate job? On the other side, have any anons left the service industry to go back to an office job?

Probably my biggest fear is wasting all the momentum/experience I've built in my current career. If the restaurant doesn't work out, how will trying to re-enter the job market go after a couple years? I assume not well...

So yeah just curious if anyone else has had a similar experience.

Girls love this shit and, unless theyre Italian, freak out about homemade pasta. Ravioli is fun too since you can make it together and it's like an activity.
