sounds yum.
anybody here into baking bread? I used to be more into it, I had a sourdough starter that I kept alive for well over a year, but neglected it.
I'd recommend anyone who likes bread/sourdough to get into that, it's really fun.

Also bread is fucking way easier than most people think. Once you get past the couple tricky things (easier to add flour to a dough that's too wet than it is to add water/broth to a dough that's too dry, etc) it's pretty simple to make simple breads. But the glorious thing is you can get way more complex than simple breads. You can do of course all kinds of breads, with all kinds of flours, all kinds of added things, lipids and different sugars, different liquids, you can do pre-ferments, you can steam your bread while it's baking with a pan of water in the oven, glazes, it goes on and on.
pic is random from thefreshloaf.com the best resource for bread makers I've found. Their "Lesson 1" is how I get people into bread.

oh here it is right here!
All you'll need is salt, (unbleached all-purpose) flour, water (or broth yo), and yeast (not instant).
