7am: while hungover I ate half a cold pork chop and I drank some water and a bit off soap in the shower

9:45: a 3egg Omar’s omelette (all meats, onion, peppers, American and Swiss) with rye toast and home fries. 1.5 liters of water

2:00: A pork chop, a bratwurst, half an onion l, a bell pepper l, a handful mushrooms and a tomato. All veggies where tossed in olive oil salted and grilled. As well as a cup of shitty instant coffee with a spoonful of hot chocholate mix. Another liter of water

Dinner will most likely be 2 large oranges and some sparking waters
