This soupless ramen at Noodle Stand Tokyo was so good I actually went back months later to have it again. Absolutely incredible.

Kind of, except the main purpose is to create a record for myself. Memories fade, but a good picture with a location and brief description can jog your memory really well.
I know some study says people remember shit less if they're always taking pictures, but my guess is they don't actually look at the pictures they take, not really. I do.
