I would go with pig. In practice I tend to eat more chicken than pig but the reality is there's more fun stuff going on with pigs.

I enjoy burgers a few times a year but steak bores me. I only eat it because there's so much cultural baggage around it that ever few years I start to question myself and I eat a big ass USDA prime porterhouse or something and wash it down with a big bold napa cab as required by convention. Afterwards I only feel stupid for thinking it would be different this time.
