You need to be getting kicked out of a buffet at least two times a week and consuming a shitload of protein and calories in general. The general consensus is 1g protein per lb of body weight per day, on days that you lift. You have to literally force feed yourself almost to the point of nausea. Shoot for as big of a caloric surplus as possible. You also need to get enough sleep so that your body can repair itself, or all this is pointless.

now do this for months on end, consistently and you will make gains. The biggest barrier to this is the consistency required and the cost of food. It can be done but it will probably be a shock to the system. For a skeletor, the best food you can eat for gains is any food that you can get your hands on. SS+GOMAD is a meme but it works, especially for skeletals. Milk is great for gains. Read SS just for the knowledge anyway, it's free on google

addendum: beer is option 2 for putting on weight but it will all go to your stomach and you will become Lord of the Skinnyfats
