Tried to make Sichuan "strange taste" sauce where they mix a bunch of random shit together like sichuan peppercorns and sesame paste. Accidentally bought the sesame paste mixed with peanut butter, I had to spend 5 minutes stirring it with a knife because it had split so badly the top layer was 40% oil and the rest just like concrete and it tasted like ass.
