Had a colleague mention in passing, "never drink a beer you can see through". When I pressed for details, he said something about it being healthier or something.

Is this true?

I'm not saying beer is healthy. So you can fuck right off if you're going to type that.

Do darker beers have more antioxidants or something or is this nonsense?
