this is playd in PES with AI vs AI mode, where people form the boards make the tactics and rosters for their boards.

tournaments take place 4 times a year (2 elite cups in sumer and winter and 2 babby (qualificatoion) tournamnets in spring/autumn) and are streamed

they have a quite large and dedicated manager team.
i am going at it alone, as good as i can with a lot of stuff going on aswell.
admittedly i am no tactical PES genious either, but even i can sometimes strike gold.
sadly with PES18 in summer i seem to have missed the mark.

if you really want to be good you need to test quite a bit
