How long do I have before they amp it up too much? I'm not sure what my limit is but I'm surely eating something close to but not quite 2m scoville

Was at El Pollo loco and ordered a Chipotle chicken avocado burrito, no cabbage no avocado. Had some dude spill a shitload of hot sauce on my burrito while they were making it and I didn't want them to throw it out so I intervened and said it's fine.
Something is wrong with me right? I know they toss food regularly but don't waste mine just because hot sauce got over it. Shit was good too
