Looking to cut meat out of my meals a night or two a week, anyone care to reccomend some vegeterian or vegan recipes. Preferably low carb but hey if it's a good recipe go ahead.

In return I offer you my porcupine meatballs in red sauce recipe, probably not the best for anyone likely to reccomend some vego dishes but eh fuck it gotta go with what you know.

500g of lean ground beef
40g of hard cheese (I preffer pecorino but any parmesan varient will suffice)
half cup of aborio/rissoto rice
garlic to taste
spices to taste (I like to add some chives, oregano, thyme, sage and ground chilli)
2 400g tins of condesed tomato soup
red wine (as much as you want within reason)

Combine all solid ingredients and mix well, then create 1-1.5" balls and place in a thick pot, adding in the liquids as a sauce. Cook at a simmer until the rice has swelled and produces a "porcupine" like effect in the balls. Serve with some additional cheese on top.

You can scale this up 2 to 4 times just be aware it will need some attention as the bottom will cook faster and turn into mush if you just leave it without stirring.

The point of the button games is supposed to be that all of the choices are overall at least a bit better than normal life. Maybe besides Yellow (which has potential), all of these options suck and most people would walk away and not press any buttons.
