It's kind of mathematical and scientific so it excites me; however, my entire week has been like this:
>Lots of veggies and fruit per meal, little meat, little carbohydrates (simple are apparently out of the picture, since they offer basically no nutritional value compared to their whole/complex counterparts), and little starch.
>Eat meat, carbohydrates, and starches only. Still fucking starving.
I gave up soda, juice, etc. with no problem at all (kind of surprised me), but god fucking dammit. Why won't I eat my fucking veggies???

I'm not gaining nutrition, I'm basically eating only a part of the chain and starving myself.
