You're not gonna find many with no vinegar at all, but there are plenty of thick sauces that don't taste very vinegary.

For me it's Marie Sharp's, the very best hot sauce.

Not too hot, but an absolute ton of flavor, and it's nice and thick, not too vinegary.

Melinda's, patrician taste. Haven't had that particular one but every one of their sauces I've tried has been great.

If you're a fan of more pasty not so vinegary sauces then you probably like Marie Sharp's too.
