I've never even had goose. I'd like to try it. I hear that those who hunt geese sometimes never return.

I have a huge soup list. I've made so many I've forgotten recipes. Mostly I just do comfort foods like pic related. I want to challenge myself to make more dishes though, and maybe a gazpacho sometime.
