Its aguachile. Literally 'spicy water' bc of the hot spices or sauces they add. The shrimped is seared, not cooked. Then they add cucumber, purple onion, avocado, cilantro, and plenty of key lime juice. Then it's "supposed" to be served in one of those stone grinder bowls. Fucking delicious.
