How about reading a peer reviewed paper with hard facts that come from research and not a shitty youtube video of a dude that looks at other youtube videos with at best anecdotal evidence. In both links provided below it states that most Okinawans have a very low intake in protein that in the elders it amounts for 16 per cent of their daily diets and that they mainly eat sweet potatoes. And I quote "Okinawans preferred to garnish their miso soup with small amounts of tofu, fish, pork, or vegetables." "As can be seen from the above descriptions of a typical meal, the Okinawans of old were not vegetarians but they were close to this eating pattern, but not by any particular conscious choice."Unless the Japanese statistical service where most of their data on diet come is in some kind of grand conspiracy with the vegan illuminati. Reading is useful and helps against Alzheimer's you should try it...I also used Google.
