Really? Carbo is my least favorite, the cheese flavor kinda ruins the experience for me. Jjajang is the best one imo, the sauce has a meaty, beefy smoky flavor that's just so addictive and craveable.

This, or any Jjajang noodle are the best, hands down. Black bean noodles and seared cubes of steak with a good beer is the best meal any man can ask for.

The Jjajang version is by far the best one. I usually cook some 1" steak slices in oil that I already fried sliced garlic in, then top them on the prepared jjajang noodles and sprinkle the garlic chips over it. Seriously is a 5 star meal that could be served in a fine restaurant.
