some breads advertised as being keto are low fodmap in small serving sizes (like 2 slices) due to the fact that they're made with stuff like vital wheat gluten or low carb alt flour blends. it's important to check each item to make sure, but i am pretty sure the attached brand is low fodmap based on the ingredients.
