I think I just fucked up. I used the same knife I used to open up a package of pork meat to chop vegetables. I doubt the knife got any meat on it but it may have some fats/juices.

The vegetables are being oven roasted. Is there a chance of some kind of contamination?

/ck/, I am roasting a pork shoulder in the oven right now. Basically when its done I want to cut it up and portion it out to reheat over the next few days.

I don't know too much about food safety, is it okay to put hot food in a container and then straight into the fridge? or does it need to cool down first?
