I can't get the meat to taste good
I've tried THICC, thin, making a patty ahead of time, the meatball method and smashing it down flat
seasoning the meat internally, seasoning it just on the top and bottom

I can't get them to even taste as good as mcdonalds! they are always wet and bland with the occasional salt bomb section

we already have shit like that. Like how in NY "high sodium" items need to have a skull and cross bones next to them on the menu. So now instead of doing that shit, fries just come unsalted now. It's all bullshit

let me tell you why america is the greatest country on earth
I went to a hibachi restaurant, why is it called hibachi and not teppanyaki? because that shits too hard to say, so fuck you we are calling it something else
and you know what I got there? a steak quesadilla with mozzarella cheese made by a japanese dude who is juggling knives next to a flaming onion volcano

and I dont know about you but that's a dream I'm willing to fight for

reminder: if you put binders in your burger it isn't a burger anymore, you've made a meatloaf sandwich

honestly don't know why you even need a binder, the meat holds together on its own
