Aint' got any mexican grocers around me. Ton of asian and pacific islander places but no mexican grocers. Thems the breaks in Utah I guess. I'll try it with ground chorizo. My mom used to always make her chili with just basic ground chorizo so I'm sure it will be tasty if not authentic.

So I bought a tube of this shit cause I like chorizo at Mexican fast food places. How the fuck do I cook this shit? I put it in a pan and it just turns into a crumbly oily greasy mess. I swear it loses half it's volume in grease. I've tried to cook it, crack some eggs over it, and make a breakfast burrito but it sucked. There really wasn't any flavor or texture. I tried to make a breakfast sandwich with it, but it couldn't hold it's shape for shit. Kept sticking to the spatula and shit.

I don't get it. Did I buy the bad stuff?
