Choux buns
300 grams baker's flour
250 grams milks
200 grams butter
1 tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoon salt
7 large eggs
Bring butter and milk to a simmer, add flour sugar and salt and cook out for 4-5 mins on a low heat. Let mixture cool to ~ 60c Celsius, spoon into food processor and add eggs one at a time until fully incorporated. Place mixture into a piping bag and pipe a three terraced pyramid in one motion. Fan bake at 190 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes.
