can you please make this into a somewhat of a regular general? Whenever I ask /fit/ for cutting recipes my threads never get any responses. Its tough trying to make anything taste good when you need to keep your meals to roughly 300 cals each. And also have enough volume of food to stay satisfied.

If I'm with family we typically eat together. If I'm by myself I just sit at the computer. I typically am always drinking by myself so it feels natural to sleaze-out at the desk, plus who's to judge me?
