Just cooked a THICC ass ribeye from the farmers market. Seasoned her with a nice espresso rub and pan seared, though I wish I had a grill to cook it on. Drinking a yeungling. I'm always beat as fuck at the end of the week from work so fridays are wonderful.

It's very pretty to look at at first, but it looks a bit random on close inspection. Still,it's nice and colorful. There's a couple things that I wouldn't have done (like the bayleaf) but your plating is still miles better than mine is. Good job. I hope you had fun cooking it.
