What is your twist on the classic spaghetti formula?

I get a jar of sun-dried tomatoes in olive oil and put some in a skillet with some of the oil, which is nice because it makes it more tomatoey than just plain oil. But I'll add in some plain oil if I need extra, just depends on how many noodles I'm making.

Then I cut up some fresh garlic and heat it in the oil with the tomatoes and add in some roasted red peppers and oregano and black pepper. When the noodles are almost done I scoop in some of the salty starch broth and mix with the other stuff. Then take a couple scoops of regular tomato sauce and add it in too before mixing it with the noodles and adding a little garlic powder. Then I grate some Asiago on top.

Pretty good noodles.
