Every time I make rice -be it chinese fried rice, vegetarian or with peas, they always, ALWAYS turn out to be risottos, no matter how I prepare them. People like them well enough, I get comments how they are very authentic and delicious, but deep inside I'm dying just a little bit with every compliment.
The worst part is, I'm not even italian...
