Wanted to try the American staple "Buffalo Wings" for a while now, finally getting towards the weekend it's time I thought. I even ordered a frying thermometer just to make this perfectly. Bought some stupid celery and blue cheese.

And I had Frank's Red Hot Sauce already in my fridge then saw this fucker in the super market. So I thought why not try this instead of mixing my hot sauce with fucking butter.

This motherfucker tastes so fucking bad I can't even get my head around how this resembles the original hot hot sauce, did they even put anything of that in there? It's just a giant fucking vinegar bomb, the smell alone like holy shit when I put this on my wings and the fumes came up I almost suffocated, it ruined the whole fucking dish.

I got a bottle of pic related a few months ago because I was craving buffalo tendies. I made them and they weren't great desu, and most of the bottle is still left. What else can I cook with it? Some kind of dip? Or is this how I fall for the add "buffalo-" to everything meme?

I bought pic related and decided to make some hot wings. Expensive as fuck because it's imported. What a let down. It's pretty much just spicy vinegar.

I'm plum out of buffalo sauce and I'm making chicken tendies tonight, and there isn't a store with Buffalo sauce in miles.

Anyone know of any great recipes for a nice home made Buffalo wing sauce?

I've honestly only tried very basic stuff, like Cholula and Tabasco and some Heinz stuff and Santa Maria Hot Pepper Sauce

This sauce can give most casual dishes like mashed potatoes, pizza or pasta just that little more edge to make it special.

have you tried frank's red hot? less mexican and/or asian, and more african american, if that makes any sense.
