>Well I have a strong faith in the lord my god, I eat plenty of whole unprocessed foods with little to no alcohol, I still do daily chores and activities to keep myself moving, I have a loving family that lives in my close knit community, I drink a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar sometimes to deal with small illnesses instead of loads of over the counter medications and I make sure to get plenty of sleep
