Am doing OK financially but I try to eat as healthy as I know how. Buying organic and bio-dynamic can be expensive so I try to make simple, affordable and yet tasty (to me) food. Pic related is organic cabbage, onions and mincemeat served with bio-dynamically grown whole grain rice. I add a little salt to the dish and that's it. Uma delicia.
