More or less. I've never experienced any negative consequences from being kind of huge, other than feeling uncomfortable when walking behind someone at night.

No, the opposite probably. Too many people are content to eat junk all their lives. I love cooking for my friends, family, girlfriend, and myself. Cooking is a wholesome and useful skill that far too many people are sorely lacking. Am I fatter than I probably should be? Absolutely. However I'm okay with the trade off.

pasta is just pointless autistic shit with no actual purpose.
noodles have more surface area than pasta to soak up sauce, they cook faster, and can be made by hand. They're literally better in every practical way.
