You guys do realize that just because it's irritant to human flesh, that doesn't mean it's literally fire. You realize that, right? The opposite of "peppery" is not "cold".

I'm not talking about Europe, you hairy monobrow. I'm talking about gyro shops in America. If you ask for a plain gyro, you get a pita break with lamb, veggies and that white sauce. If you want a different style, you can have a specific gyro made for you from various meats, wraps and sauces.
