This is pretty much it, except it's not like a permanent thing. It's just that you get desensitized to the capsaicin over time, just like drugs. It's still worth it because shit like fresh peppers habenero on down are fucking delicious heat aside. I'm white as fuck and grew up eating bland as fuck WASP food. I have been on my own for 13 years and can hang with any ESL person I work with (health care) when it comes to spice and it always surprises them. It's not a tough thing, I'm not bad asser than other people for it, I'm just used to it and that is all it takes.

Angel hair is for cooklets that oil their pasta water and don't add starchy pasta water and use shitty non bronze die cut walmart pasta. It is "spaghetti" but the lack of surface area allows more sauce to be trapped in the empty space because you did everything wrong while cooking and can't get the sauce to stick to the noodles.

Don't get me wrong, I fucking love BBQ, but BBQ "cooks" or pitmasters, or whatever other faggy title they want to call themselves are the biggest rubes. Wannabe amateurs even more so. There's fucking thousands of overpriced sauces and rubs and "special" seasonings that cost 1/10 in the simple ingredients used to make them. Shit, I get saving time and buying like a decent boxed chicken stock or something because at least stock requires time to make.
