Looking damn fine /ck/, damn fine. Pic related is dinner from a few nights ago; seared salmon topped with chermoula, basmati pilaf, roasted honey glazed carrots.

Anon that kimchijeon looks amazing! Beautiful color, too! What do you normally mix for your dipping sauce? My current and best so far is: rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, ssalyeot, chili pepper flakes, scallion, and toasted sesame seeds. I think the ssalyeot adds a nice light sweetness that complements the vinegar and gochugaru. Keep at it, just add things that please your palate.
