Bees get to know you and know you mean no harm so they become quite docile when you work them. Numerous jewtube videos show people whorking them w/o protective equipment. I only where face protection when I work mine because it's irritating having them in your face. I'm going to be collecting honey this week and may do a thread showing pulling the frames and spinning it out.

Having said that, I'd love to see her nipples perk up with a couple stings.

My neighbor and I each started a hive last year. Joined the nearest local bee association which give timely presentations monthly on how you should be caring for them and made contact with an old black guy near us who has been keeping bees for 20+ years who has been mentoring us. Also found people to buy a nuke (initial colony) from. Read shit on the internet and watch youtubes. It's not that tough and pretty rewarding really. But be prepared to expand because if the hive starts getting too crowded, they'll produce a swarm queen who will take part of the hive to a nearby tree or bush and you can brush them into a brood box and establish another hive. Locally produced honey commands a premium price since so much of the grocery honey is fakeass chink shit and you can sell it either over the internet or at farmers markets if you get enough hives going.

Yeah, I use it in kbbq bulgogi and kalbi marinades as well as thai bbq pork and chicken. Really adds a greater depth of flavor than sugar but I use honey from my own bees so it isn't the chink hfcs crap from the groceries.

You really believe bee keepers remove all of the honey and don't leave enough for the colony to feed on through the winter? That's why you often see 2 large boxes (brood boxes) on the base where the bees store their honey and smaller boxes on top of those during spring and summer where the bees store excess honey that the beekeeper collects.

Confirmed for not knowing about bees. Pic on the right is a 2 brood box setup which is standard nowadays. The left hive was relatively new and needed to go a little longer before second brood box was added. Stop being a stupid shit, ok?

You realize after the initial setup of a beehive all you have is routine maintenance which are trivial costs, which will allow you up to 10 gallons of honey/year. Stop being a lazyass and get a beehive. If you really are a vegan, stop being a hypocrite and turn vegetarian so you're consistent in wanting flourishing produce.
