Egg fried rice. I've finally realized that the secret behind a good fried rice is speed. If it's more than 5 minutes after the oil hits the pan, you've already bungled it.
Sauce is:
>Soy sauce
>Mirin
>Oyster sauce
>Crab-brand fish sauce
>Minced ginger+garlic
>Sugar
>Onion powder
>MSG
Next time I'd add the sauce more incrementally, I dumped it all in at the end and lost too much heat.
Overally like 8/10 fried rice, significantly better than chinese takeout.
