Pig ears w/chile sauce from a Chinese retaurant on their traditional menu. The taste is great, the texture is different so takes a few minutes to get used to. It also does look like ears, I got over that pretty quick.

The color is horrible on this picture, it doesn't really look like that and I don't know how to color correct the image.
Maybe I'll play around with it in irfanview.

My shit phone needs some color correction hence the yellowing on the picture.

When I was a little kid it was frog legs, but more recently pig ears in chile sauce from a decent Chinese joint, they were both pretty good.

Pig Ears in Chile Sauce from a good Chinese joint. They're really good but also really weird looking. I ate around the cartilage, I think some folk eat the whole things cartilage and all.
