Dark Sumatra med/fine grind and tamped in my drip basket is the only thing I've drank for a couple years. Different brands, different results. Copper moon gave a chocolate caramel taste to my espresso. I also have to add a bunch of sweet cream because I make it so strong. Once balanced out, there's nothing close. Its like a giant cup of espresso.
