Pork shank terrine with pear and mustard dressing (raw pickled onion as well but I forgot to plate those bastards), potatoes with tomatoes and chives, and carrots with spelt, apple, chervil, and romaine lettuce. Beer and homemade bread. Lemon mousse for dessert.
