I started keto and thus rapidly decreased my intake, Im just not hungry. I eat once per day or skip a day and only drink water, if Im not hungry.
Nuts, meat, fruits, veggies, legumes, dairy. Whatever I like and on occasion I follow it with black tea with cream.

So Im not crazy about muh fats, just healthier fats and low carb.
Losing weight quickly, you
wont achieve with just diet, youll need to get surgery. Thats not my cup of tea tho, so I go to the gym 3 times a week for like 1,5 to 2 hrs.
