I'm 31. Been drinking since I was 16. Started using coke at 19. Started smoking crack 5 months ago.11 days since I touched booze or drugs. I dream about it every night in the few hours I can actually sleep. Been going to three meetings a day and getting tweaked on coffee and Pepsi. I crave salty food constantly and have been smoking 2 packs a day. How long until I start to return to normal?
